This is a simple and satisfying brunch that will please your tastebuds and your family! It’s super simple so don’t really need a recipe, more an ingredients list and some words assembly!
Use as much butter, ricotta and honey as you like!
- 1 pack posh crumpets
- Butter
- Ricotta
- Honey
- A handful walnuts
Toast the to of the crumpets, smear on lots of butter, top with ricotta, drizzle over some honey and scatter over walnuts.
